I had to be at an appt and was kept waiting but for over 1 h The waiting period was over 1 hour! The last time I got my oil change I was approached by a very nice guy named Ali. He talked to me and offered to show me the vehicles I was interested in. He wasn’t pushy and very patient with my questions. Due to his approach to me made me want to come back and do business with him. From the moment I called him and scheduled my appointment to final moment of signing my paperwork I had the best experience. He has made sure to let me know that if I need anything he will be happy to help. Customer service speaks volume to me as I manage a retail store myself.
