I believe I was charged for a repair that I didn't need. I requested a 60K mile check up. The Repair Center called me and informed me that my brake pads were thin and needed to be replaced. I consented I requested a 60K mile check up. The Repair Center called me and informed me that my brake pads were thin and needed to be replaced. I consented. However, when I picked up my car and saw the inspection report, the tech did not see any problem with the brakes. For this reason, I believe that the Repair representative recommended a repair that was not needed. After the repair, my dashboard shows an electronic warning light related to the wheels. We have checked air in the tires, we have done everything to remove the light. I'm not going back to the dealership -- I'm not sure that I can rely on their assessment. I shared my concerns with Honda Corporate they saw no reason to get additional information as to why the $300 repair was recommended. I'm rating the quality of the work as poor because the work on my wheels triggered a wheel warning light that won't leave. The repair was done on a Saturday, the warning light appeared the following Thursday. I've had no accidents, my car has minimal mileage since the repair. We've checked tire pressure and we've added air. The warning light is still there. I just had the 60k check up. There shouldn't be a warning light less than a week after the service. More
