Honda Routine Maintenance It was time for an oil change, plus my tire pressure indicator was glowing. I arrived at 4:45 PM, 75 minutes before closing. No one seemed to be conce It was time for an oil change, plus my tire pressure indicator was glowing. I arrived at 4:45 PM, 75 minutes before closing. No one seemed to be concerned about it being so close to quitting time. The service rep asked the reason for this call, had me sign the paperwork, & took my key while I headed to the waiting area. While waiting, I received a phone call from the service bay, reporting there was a nail in one tire, causing a slow leak. He asked permission to patch the tire because it would accrue an additional charge, I agreed because it needed to be repaired. My entire visit was completed before the 6PM closing time. The service rep applied a coupon for the oil change, reducing my balance by $10 AND I received a coupon for a FREE car wash. I am more than satisfied. I appreciate Wolfchase having immediate service. [On a side note, I could have used a charging station or more than one electric outlet for replenishing my battery while I waited. My phone was dying while I was seated. There was one electrical outlet, behind an occupied chair. I didn’t want to bother the seated person so I searched until I found an outlet under the telephone bank cubicles. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.] More

expensive labor labor is too expensive there should be a bigger discount if you spend a lot for services. but service is good. the last time my friend check my break labor is too expensive there should be a bigger discount if you spend a lot for services. but service is good. the last time my friend check my break pad and he said it needs to be replace soon. after that i informed the service center if it is needed. they said they will check it in their multi point check up. then they said its good. this time i said check it specifically. then they need to be replace. is the multi point really checking what they need to check? but still i spend almost 400 on labor and 200 on parts. not balance at all. although they fix it properly still too EXPENSIVE. More

Prompt and coureious I called and inquired about parts to fix a recall and was told they had the parts and when did I want to come in. I was told to come on in and ask for Dexter. I got to the dealership about 30 minutes later, ask for Dexter and about an hour or so I was on my way home! I could not have ask for any better service!
