By that time, it was well known (in automotive circles) that these cars had premature failure of starter motors, as discussed by NTSB Bulletin A16-002. There was, as it turns out, even a class-action suit filed against Honda due to the widespread nature of this issue. Of course Honda, in the best tradition of General Motors, is looking the other way and denying all responsibility. My problem isn't specifically with "big" Honda, but with this dealership that concealed the issue. Knowing about this would definitely have impacted my car buying decision. Wolfchase Honda is a dishonest dealership and should not be trusted under any circumstance. More
Outstanding customer service by service department staff! I was traveling on a Saturday [07/15/17], 400 miles away from home in Tulsa when the malfunction indicator lamp icon in my 2010 Honda Accord came on. I was traveling on a Saturday [07/15/17], 400 miles away from home in Tulsa when the malfunction indicator lamp icon in my 2010 Honda Accord came on. When we exited the interstate and began to slow down the car was really running very rough and when we came to a complete stop the car began to run very erratic and felt like it was going to shut itself down. We looked up the nearest Honda dealer, hoping they would be open on a Saturday and would be able to resolve our problem so we could continue our travel. Luck for us the Wolfchase Honda was within a few miles of where we exited the interstate and their service department was still open and accepting customers. The service manager greeted us promptly, we explained the problem w/our car and that we were on the road traveling. He said that he was knowledgeable about the problem the car was having and they would be able to address it and get us back on the road. The problem was related to a Honda "Bulletin" [not sure what this is, but sounds like a vehicle recall issue that is not communicated to car owner but is communicated to Honda dealers]. The car failure [on a previous trip hundreds of miles from my home base] had happened before but was addressed by a Honda dealer in Texas. Long story short, the next step in the repair progression was to replace the rings, but had to wait until I returned to my home town to get this done. What impressed me most about the the staff at Wolfchase Honda was they repaired my car so I could get back to my home town which is 400 miles from Memphis, TN. Thanks to all at Wolfchase who made this happen for me and my family!! More

They will put one price on the internet and will raise the price once you get to the store. Raised sales price by $3000 after was given final price! I have owned more than 10 Honda's and absolutely never had a problem with any of them or the Honda dealers until I dealt with Wolfchase Honda. I was g I have owned more than 10 Honda's and absolutely never had a problem with any of them or the Honda dealers until I dealt with Wolfchase Honda. I was given the final sales price number today, 6-7-17 on a 2013 Ridgeline. I applied for credit and was approved. Then the price went from $23, 169 to $26,000 after I told them I was ready to purchase! This is a dishonest dealership taking advantage of a committed buyer. Poor form. Give your business to someone else. Mark 937-608-4064 More

We drove around the entire lot for about an hour and found 3 vehicles we were interested in. I went to the showroom and parked next to the double drive. I walled into the showroom, looking for a salesman, 1 person was busy with a customer in the first cubicle. 2 others were helping a young couple with an infant next to where we were parked. Someone was setting in the main cubicle behind where the tv hangs when I walked into the showroom. He looked up at me and looked away again without acknowledging me. Another was helping another couple behind the first couple. 3 sales people on the lot, one in his cubicle and another outside. They all walked right by me like I didn't exist. I guess because I wasn't wearing a suit and tie it wasn't worth their time? I walked back into the showroom one more time. Nothing. So we got back in our car and left. I know it gets busy but you don't ignore a customer. I will never do business with them again... More
Told car was perfect After several calls to Wolfchase Honda about a 2014 used Honda CRV, was told by sales manger that the car was perfect. We drove over 200 miles one way After several calls to Wolfchase Honda about a 2014 used Honda CRV, was told by sales manger that the car was perfect. We drove over 200 miles one way to find a wreck car. Sales manger didn't bother to look at the report from service deptment that plainly stated there was damage to right front of car.The salesman that showed us the car was apologetic, strange thing he said he had been working there several years , but didn't know how to get to lnterstate which is less than a 1/2 mile from dealership. Sales manger kept talking about their Certified cars ,what a crock. Certified means nothing when you when you are selling wrecked cars all the while telling you they are certified. This may be a family owned business ,but if I was the owner I would be finding out what the men in charge are doing when I'm not there. It sad to misrepresent car to try to make a sale, let alone have people to drive over 400 miles for nothing. I will not be telling people to shop at Wolfchase Honda, I thought the days of shady car dealers were long gone but it's still buyer beware. More
Wolfchase Honda sucks no rating, Worst car buying experience ever. I have purchased over 40 cars in my day and this was the worst piece of crap dealership i have ever deal no rating, Worst car buying experience ever. I have purchased over 40 cars in my day and this was the worst piece of crap dealership i have ever dealt with. I have purchased several cars from this dealership. Something must have changed.... Went in to purchase a 2017 Honda Pilot and when salesman Ed Lee came back with their best deal with my trade i was shocked. First they added beginning price more than sticker, which i questioned... Looked at sticker on car and their price was more.... Then i saw what they offered on my trade..... $ 1000.00 for a 2001 Pontiac Trans Am Convertible with 83000 miles excellent condition..... Never in my day was i expecting that. Who ever is their used car man ought to be fired immediately !!!!!!! Took a long time customer and insulted me beyond anything i could imagine!!!!! this was not the fault of the sales person!!!! I will never set foot in their dealership again. I have 4 Honda Civic's that i get serviced there.....never never never again will i go there.......I will also post this on my facebook page for all my friends to see....The sales manager should loose his job also.........
