He was running through my paper work too fast instead of explaining my interest rate,the bumper to bumper warranty, and gap. All this was bundled in my car payment without fully explaining what it was all for and to top it he added the most expensive one to my loan without my consent. He also will talk about his family to throw your distraction. But overall I love my vehicle but will not return to this location for anything. More

It's always a painful and enduring process, so naturally I had my reserves and doubts; especially since this purchase was conducted over the phone and email. Response times were immediate. The communication was prompt, courteyous and instant. The papers were shipped 'next-day' indicating the areas I needed to sign based of the information provided perviously. Collectively, the process took no longer than two (2) hours. I hunt for very specific vehicles and keep up with cost trends often. At non point did I feel like I was getting taken advantage of or ripped off. In the future, I hope to come accross another highly desireable vehicle in their inventory because I'd be glad to do business with them again. More
