Good experience! My salesman was very helpful and an all around great guy. My car wasn't done being detailed the day I was supposed to pick it up and he put me in a re My salesman was very helpful and an all around great guy. My car wasn't done being detailed the day I was supposed to pick it up and he put me in a rental car so I could do what I needed to do that day. They worked with me on the rate with the banks and got me the best deal possible. Only thing negative (which really isn't that big of deal) is that the car was on E when I left with the car. All around a good experince! More

We are closer to Victory Honda in Jackson and they treated me as an idiot, insulted my intelligence, and their price on the same vehicle with the same trade was thousands of dollars more. DO NOT waste your time at Victory Honda of Jackson, drive an hour, be treated right and save thousands of dollars!!! More

Professional Experience Upon arriving to the Wolfchase Honda Service Center, I was met by a young women who introduced herself and further advised me to leave the key in the Upon arriving to the Wolfchase Honda Service Center, I was met by a young women who introduced herself and further advised me to leave the key in the car and then directed me to the service agent inside. I was acknowledged by the service agent as he verified vehicle information on the car. Upon his return, he advised me that my service today would be at no cost based on the new car data. Further, he advised me that my wheel rotation was not due and upon the wheel rotation due date, that service would be at no cost based on new car data as well. Though I was told my approximate wait time would be over an hour, I was finished in just under an hours time. Great! Overall my experience was awesome. All staff was very friendly and accommodating.
