Dexter Alexander is the best service rep you have. I trust him completely. However, I was in a week ago for an oil change. My summary show everything was fine except I needed a new air filter. But les I trust him completely. However, I was in a week ago for an oil change. My summary show everything was fine except I needed a new air filter. But less than a week later my tire light came on. I drove to Wolfchase Honda where indeed one tire had low pressure showing me the tires were not checked. That shouldn’t have happened if the tires were checked and air added. So not I’m not sure I believe my brakes, and other things were checked. I want to trust your techs. That wasn’t Dexters fault. He and people can only trust what we are told. I won’t take my CRV anywhere else but you. Please check your techs to make sure they are completing the job. This is my second CRV. I love my car and Wolfchase Honda. Thank you. More

I went in without an appointment and was handled on the spot, they took my car back and started service. I had two bad tires that had to be replaced and Yeen looked over our sales contract and found where spot, they took my car back and started service.
