Used this dealership for Suzuki warranty work multiple times. Staff in customer service is rude & condescending. Staff in shop is incompetent. Took 5 appointments to get airbag problem fixed. One of th times. Staff in customer service is rude & condescending. Staff in shop is incompetent. Took 5 appointments to get airbag problem fixed. One of their airbag "fixes" lasted <5 miles before light reappeared. Two appointments to get heater/AC fan fixed because they ordered wrong part. If there were another Suzuki dealer within 200 miles, I would never have used this dealership after the 1st visit. Avoid at all costs! More
