They are very ture to there customers. My husband and I have bought all of are vehicles from Wolf and are sale person was always Bob. Quick and easy Michael did an excellent job handling the trade and transaction quickly and efficiently. My only surprise was when I had to spend an additional $220 I had to pay to Apple Valley Ford to service the fault circuit (21) for trailer towing. Wolfs service is not open weekends. Not good. More

First car - great service! My daughter's first car, I have been looking for a few months now.I put that I was interested and within a few hours I was contacted. I was assigned t My daughter's first car, I have been looking for a few months now.I put that I was interested and within a few hours I was contacted. I was assigned to Mike. Grest guy with a funny & personable personality. My daughter and I both test dove the car. Mike was honest about a few things that were not up to par with the car (radio light which in turn has no clock, exterior rust in a few spots, etc). We agreed upon an offer and went back to pick up the car a day later. Mike went up and beyond spot covering a couple of rust spots on the hood and trunk! My daughter's smile was priceless! Thank you Mike for being a part of our special milestone!! I am rating a 4 only because communication could have been a little better (finance manager didn't know we had put cash down & was unprepared when going over our file). Not even sure she introduced herself nor shook my hand before doing the final business. Overall - Mike recieves 5 stars since we did 95% of our business with him. More
