Bob is my go to I just bought my 4th new f-150 from Wolf Motors. When I first went on line asking about availability of a f-150, Wolf Motor responded immediately. Bob Goetz then called to ask about what exactly I was interested in. He went looking and called me back. I always came to Bob because he tried hard to know what I wanted, then would find what was available, find all the rebates I could use and quote me a fair price. He absolutely knows his pickups. He could tell me about options he thought would fit what I wanted. I think Bob is the kind of sales rep. everyone wishes they could deal with. I drove about 100 miles, past many other ford dealerships, to trade with Wolf Motors. More

I bought a truck that had a few issues shortly after I purchased it. Wolf motors went above and beyond to make us both happy. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. My fiancé bought a truck from them in August an not even 3 weeks in the engine started knocking. They obviously never inspected the truck prior to selling. What a xxxxty dealership when you don’t do the right thing for the customer. Mike even said they'd help my fiancé out and now they are being xxxxx an wont do anything. Mike is a xxxxxxx. My fiancé even called the general manger an he won’t return the call. Do not ever use Wolf Motors. They will screw you over an cost you thousands of dollars. More
Closing the Deal i did most of my car shopping online over a six-month period. I looked at make, model and features that I wanted. I had settled on a newer Ford Flex t i did most of my car shopping online over a six-month period. I looked at make, model and features that I wanted. I had settled on a newer Ford Flex to replace my 2010 Flex. So, I came to the dealer with most of the shopping finished. I was mostly interested in closing the deal at an acceptable price. Mike provided the information I needed to make a final decision and didn't try to sell me too much. A very satisfactory experience without a lot of stress. The only complaint I had was that the service department didn't finish prepping the vehicle at the promised time, but that was completed correctly an hour later. If I hadn't had another appointment, I would have taken Mike's suggestion to grab lunch and come back. More
