Customer Service This is not so much of a review as an observation. I came to the dealership to get touchup paint. The guy at the front desk immediately asked if I nee This is not so much of a review as an observation. I came to the dealership to get touchup paint. The guy at the front desk immediately asked if I needed help and directed me to the parts counter. Very pleasant. The service guy #561 was great, I got my paint and he escorted me to the cashier instead of just telling me where to go. Waited in line, no problem, and then got to the window. The pleasant cashier was completing my transaction, when a older guy came in to the little office with papers. Cashier was counting my change and this guy shoves the papers towards the woman and interrupts her. They exchange information and then she starts over and recounts my change and hands it through the window. The guy was rude to the cashier and couldn't even wait until we completed our transaction which would have been less then 5 seconds. Instead I had to stand there and wait while he demands attention. Thought it was quite rude and bad customer service. So what started out as a good visit ended with a bad taste. Wish I had gotten the guy's name. Shame. More
