My husband and I found the car we wanted online-a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan. Living in New York, close to 2 hours away, most of the initial part of the process was done via phone, email, and text. Travis made the whole process so efficient. Our financing was approved over the phone by a very friendly Meir. When we arrived to Wiz for our test drive, Travis was very easy going and knowledgeable. We loved the car and bought it that day. A very organized Jared walked us through the finance piece and since we filled out the online application a couple days prior, all the paperwork was ready for us. A great experience.
