The salesperson who assisted us, Tom, was very helpful and showed us a lot of vehicles before we settled on an SUV and a pickup truck. The office area looked tired and dated, it could use a makeover. Professional and efficent Travis was wonderful. He was very friendly and helpful even though I had lots of questions (which he always had answers for!). My father came in and c Travis was wonderful. My father came in and contacted him multiple times to make sure things were going okay with the sale and he was helpful and patient each time. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson, I don't like buying cars but managed to make it a fun experience and got me a car that I love. Meir in finance was also very helpful and even called back a week later to say he was able to get a better rate for me, which I did not expect to happen and appreciated greatly! I was unsure about purchasing a warranty and he was very good at explaining it and even made me feel comfortable by telling me I could decide within an allotted time which made me comfortable and made me feel like I wasn't being pressured which I was worried about going into purchasing a car on my own. Overall a great dealership and I would recommend it to others. My family has gotten cars here before and we will continue to. Thanks again! More
