They seem to have an MO of screwing people over in situations like that. I reached out for one of their cars they had online, talked to a salesman Tim Golia. The whole experience felt off, from the car to the business and the customer service. Was far too excited to hear I was out of state (more difficult for me to get back to them should/when something went wrong with the car), pushy about getting a deposit on the car straight out of the gate, and then wouldn't get me pre-qualified (the only way to start the process he told) without having a deposit first. There's no reason for that. You don't behave to do any "work" and you don't deserve anything for getting someone pre-qualified, I literally typed in all the information for you. Like I said, I didn't buy from them so I'm not a customer. But I wanted to be. Just go somewhere else. This place REAKS of sleazy salesmen and BAD service. There are much better places you should be giving your money to. Don't support xxxxty businesses More

I bought a used vehicle from Wiz Autos, Stratford and it has been several days in their so called "service center". Firstly, if the car was not in a condition to be sold, why sell it in the first place? They let me test drive in this vehicle that was not fit for the road? I was able to talk to the manager today via phone and got a whole new bunch of EXCUSES. He said a new part was needed and it was ordered; yet the shipping takes a long time and even if they get it, my guess is it would take an eternity for them to fix it or they sold me a lemon! Either way, I absolutely regret going to this place and buying a used vehicle from these people. After they take your money, they would ignore you in every possible way. More

The dealership was nice enough but it was a serious case of bait and switch. NEVER buy the extended warranty and NEVER use their service center. Thank GOD- I told her what was going on she had me bring the car down to look at it. Had the part from the dealer within a day and my son was back on the road. She called me and kept me posted on the status which eased my anxious son a lot. She is a pleasure to deal with especially given my frustration. The purchase experience was decent, but I have been waiting for $500 in refunds owed for more than six months. I just purchased a VW Tiguan from Wiz, and I have to admit that the experience couldn't have been easier. Rafael, the salesman, was wonderful in making certain that the car was ready at the time that I admit that the experience couldn't have been easier. Furthermore, he washed and detailed the car so that it would look as presentable as possible. There was no pressure, and every question I had was answered. There were two mechanical issues with the car, which I pointed out after the test drive, and they were resolved by the time that I took delivery. More than the personnel, the facility itself is very modern, clean, and very welcoming. I will definitely return in search for other cars when the need arises. I encourage anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to stop by and see them. More
