Bait and switch tactics I scheduled oil change and tire rotation online because it appeared to be a good price. When I picked up my car, the invoice was almost twice what I e I scheduled oil change and tire rotation online because it appeared to be a good price. When I questioned the price, they told me it was more because I didn’t have their license plate on my car and they upgraded the oil to synthetic oil. When I questioned why, they gave me some excuse that if my car had engine failure, Chevy wouldn’t cover the warranty. More

Disappointment in the customer service Sheila Brodbeck, I came here after an accident in my 08 Jeep against my better judgement from previous experience and at the request of my insuran Sheila Brodbeck, I came here after an accident in my 08 Jeep against my better judgement from previous experience and at the request of my insurance as i live in Mount Joy. After the accident my bumper was dinged up and there was a vibration. Came to find out it was my exhaust laying on my crossmember and Ted said it was not due to the accident even though it wasn't there before. And that they wouldn't claim it. So all they did was replace the bumper. After the bumper got changed i realized the fog lights did not work. They worked after the accident and were working when i brought it in to get repaired. i took it back and they couldn't figure out why they wouldn't work. Ted said they had to not be working and they (the switch) wear out. He said i would have to pay for the diagnostic and replacement. If the lights were not working i would have said that after the accident and got them covered plus why would they not check themselves as it was in an accident. I then scheduled another appointment to which they offered a loaner car thinking it would be free. during this appointment they found they had wired the fog lights backwards. Ted made me feel as though i was in the wrong, trying to cheat the ins. and inconvenienced me. When i got my jeep back and they realized it was their mistake they still charged me for the rental loaner. It was only $8 but it was a slap in the face with no apology! I still have my vibration which wasn't there before but is still there. I know my vehicle and know what was there before and what it is now and Ted made me feel i didn't! very disappointed and i wont be back More
