Mother Nature makes life stressful sometimes!!! Black Ice brought my Ram 1500 and Wissler Motors together. From the first phone call with Ted Morelock in collision, I felt at ease that this was the Black Ice brought my Ram 1500 and Wissler Motors together. From the first phone call with Ted Morelock in collision, I felt at ease that this was the place to get my truck repaired. Met with him, took pictures of the issues and he took care of my insurance situations plus got a call for a local rental car that I picked up at Wisslers. No need to run all over creation and make more stress from a stressful situation. With all the questions Ted could get in a days time from everyone, he was patient with me and answered everything. They had my truck for 9 days and when I went to pick it up, it was beautiful again. Dropped the rental car there and he took care of contacting the rental company. Good service, very thorough My vehicle had been making an odd noise so I called Wisslers to make an appointment. They were very helpful and got me an appointment as soon as poss My vehicle had been making an odd noise so I called Wisslers to make an appointment. They were very helpful and got me an appointment as soon as possible. I had asked to go on the test ride with the mechanic and that was no problem at all. Through the whole process of my vehicle being serviced they explained what was happening and the steps they needed to take. When I asked questions they responded well and if they did not have the answers would go directly to the mechanics to verify. Also, in terms of price by bill ended up being larger than I expected but it was beacuse of all the man labor. They had a written report and breakdown of the costs as they went and were very open to discuss cost instead of hiding it until the end. Being a young female most automotive places try to pull a fast one on me assuming I know nothing about cars. Wissler's did not do that and instead worked well with me instead of making me feel that I had no choice but to agree with exactly what they were saying. Overall I would recommend their service to anyone. More

Went to purchase straps and stunned to find Phil running (literally) to the next door hardware store to help me purchase exact size and kind of what I needed.
