Good experience Service work was good, but maybe car wash machine was not working properly. They charged $95 for the alignment which we’ve never experienced when buying new tires from other service centers. Was told it would take an hour and a half and it ended up taking 5 hours - my husband had to get a ride to go pick up our daughter from camp after he explicitly told the service department he needed the vehicle by a certain time (which still would have been well past the hour and a half he was quoted). Guess that’s what we get for forgetting the car needs inspected and it’s only a few days until the end of the month and we couldn’t get in with our regular mechanic or even a quick stop shop.... More
Good service in a timely manner. Wissler Motors fit us in at the minute with an emergency. They diagnosed and fixed our problem as quickly as possible with having to order parts, and Wissler Motors fit us in at the minute with an emergency. Service Dept I bought my 2017 jeep renegade in 9/2019 with 19,000 miles. When we bought the car, during first test run, the passenger side wheel showed low tire I bought my 2017 jeep renegade in 9/2019 with 19,000 miles. When we bought the car, during first test run, the passenger side wheel showed low tire pressure. The sales people said they would check it. We left and came back 2nd day to try another test run. The alert of low tire pressure came up and the sales office said they will check and told us they had to plug the tire. I have had the car back recently for an oil change - nothing to do with tire.....but when I left Wissler the low tire pressure lite came on and my husband filled the tire with air. In two days the tire was flat. We took the car back and said all I had was an oil change and now the tire is leaking air. They serviced the tire and said they had to replug the tire. I left and in a week, the low tire pressure came on. Took it back and the service dept couldn't find anything. They removed the tire from the rim and reseated it thinking it wasn't sealing. Three days later, I have a flat tire. This car only has 20,000 miles on it. Used very little. I think I had a default rim or a bad tire when I bought the car and no one in service even mentioned this. I am going somewhere else to get two new tires up front (because you don't just buy one)….and it won't be at the service center. I have a five year warranty on the car and I know tires are not part of the warranty....but really. No offer to allow an adjustment for a new tire at all. More
Fast and courteous service to fix flat tire I found my tire was flat on a Sunday and needed service first thing Monday morning.. I told James I needed to leave for work in an hour. He and the me I found my tire was flat on a Sunday and needed service first thing Monday morning.. I told James I needed to leave for work in an hour. He and the mechanic made sure my car was ready to roll in less than an hour. My car needed a bad tire sensor replaced. They even made time to rotate my tires so I didn't have to come back at my scheduled time. Thanks guys! More
