I just purchased a vehicle from Wissler Motors last evening and was extremely satisifed with the entire experience. Adam Yoder and Devin Wissler were both very professional and friendly. Adam answered all of my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he took the extra step in finding the answer for me. Devin put the car on a lift so that we could inspect the undercarriage. Both salesmen kept the business open after hours to accomodate my schedule. I was also impressed with the Wissler Motors facility itself. The showroom was extremely clean and welcoming. The service area was also kept clean and orderly. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing to purchase a vehicle. In fact, I know I will return when I need another car! More
I have been receiving service and purchasing cars at this car facility for over 15 years. I have purchased four vehicles and gotten all my service done there likewise. The major reason I keep coming back boils down to one thing - integrity. I trust these people ! If they give me a price - I believe it to be reasonable and competitive. If they say I need a part or a service done - I believe them. I am not saying they are the cheapest place in town,but they are honest and I trust them. They are friendly and do good work. I bought a 1987 Jeep and a 2000 Jeep and a 2004 P T Cruiser from Wissler, all purchased new, and have always happy with their service. Now that they no longer have the Chrysler franchise to sell new ve Cruiser from Wissler, all purchased new, and have always happy with their service. Now that they no longer have the Chrysler franchise to sell new vehicles, I trust them to keep my car running safe and for as long as possible. When I need to replace it, I will ask them to find a suitable used car for me before going to look at new ones. I want to stay a loyal customer because I appreciate their good, honest, and friendly service over the years. More
A very fair dealer. I have taken the same 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager LE to them for the last 14 years. They work with you and understand your needs. I took my Ram 1500 in for replacement wheel bearings which I provided. Upon their inspection I was told that the parts were wrong and that they could order me new ones. The price would be with parts a which I provided. Upon their inspection I was told that the parts were wrong and that they could order me new ones. The price would be with parts and labor over 750.00. I declined. I went into pickup my truck and was told by one of the service writers,that they had removed the right side tire and that this is when they had discovered it was the wrong part. I then was handed a bill for for 78.44. Now I understand that I used rack time and fully expected to pay something, but when I asked about labor time, I was told that they had two techs working on it for 45 mins each. 1.5 hours to remove one tire and put it back on? When i questioned him on this the manager spoke up and said they had removed both tires and started disassembling the wheel hub (5 Bolts). I was confused as to why the technician paperwork did not reflect what the service manager was stating. Which also differed from what the service writer was saying. I quickly came to the conclusion that I was obviously being victimized by a company that lacks moral ethics in their business dealings. I agreed to pay,and informed them that they would never receive another dime of my money. This is when my discoveries became amazing to me. Upon entering my truck I discovered a totally soaked front seat. I went back into to question this and was told, "well when the Technician opened the door some ice must have fell in." which was obviously completely false due to the strong cleaner chemical smell that was permeating throughout my cab. Thanks for taking care of my property and being a decent human being by simply removing the ice. I also noticed with the fair amount of brake dust that was on my wheels it was evident that no one had even touched the lugs on the two tires. I took my truck up the street to Hondru Dodge and they put the exact parts that I provided on my truck for a total bill of 300.00. THANK YOU HONDRU, for displaying the courteousness and strong moral fiber that we should all expect from local businesses. More
I went in for service. While waiting for my vehicle, I talked with Becky about trading my Jeep for a Dodge Journey. She told me there was one on the lot I could test drive. I liked the vehicle. The next morning Becky called with an offer I accepted. Pricing for the new vehicle and the trade-in was what I expected after researching pricing on the internet. I was able to pick up the car that same afternoon. Becky and Devin Wissler worked with me to complete the offer and make certain I had a service contract that would give me protection for five years. They sold me only the service I needed, not duplicating other coverage I have. Becky made certain I knew how to operate the car before I left. Everyone was friendly, patient, and very efficient. There has been follow up to make certain everything is going well with the car. I feel confident I have a vehicle that will meet my needs for the next several years. I would recommend this dealership to others. More
I was referred to this dealership for its body repair shop by my insurance co. We were originally greeted with friendly service however, that changed when my car was finished. My radio and clock worked fine prior to the body shop work but was not working when I picked up my car. Also I had a cosmetic engine cover that was missing when my car was finished. When I addressed this problem with Wissler, we were told the insurance company may not cover the radio, as if they were not responsible and that my car did not come with an engine cover. I was given an appointment date to bring my car back to have the radio looked at and told that the radio would not cause any problems. The radio flashed on and off even after I turned the car off, causing my battery to die. I am a medical professional so I had to work on Thanksgiving Day. The dead battery caused me to have to take my husband's car and leave my family stranded until my workday ended. I had to contact the insurance company and file a complaint before Wissler would help us. To date, I still do not have the cover that was on my engine. We were treated like we were being dishonest and I will never use this company again. More
