Dealership Debut I just moved to PA not that long ago, and I really needed to trade in the car that I had been driving. It was the first time I was looking to buy a car by myself, and I instantly felt welcomed at Wisslers. Some of the other dealerships that I had visited were very intimidating for a rookie car-buyer like me, but sales representative Alex Pared connected with me at my level and made me feel very comfortable. Alex was personable and friendly, as well as dedicated to assisting me beyond his job requirements. He even called me after work hours to let me know that he found a lower financing rate for me! It was a very good experience overall. Not only did I end up purchasing a reliable car, I learned a lot and felt informed throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Wisslers for anyone looking to trade-in their vehicle. I plan on going back for servicing, repairs, and eventually another car... but I'll be more of an expert by then. :) More

They were very helpful and got me an appointment as soon as possible. I had asked to go on the test ride with the mechanic and that was no problem at all. Through the whole process of my vehicle being serviced they explained what was happening and the steps they needed to take. When I asked questions they responded well and if they did not have the answers would go directly to the mechanics to verify. Also, in terms of price by bill ended up being larger than I expected but it was beacuse of all the man labor. They had a written report and breakdown of the costs as they went and were very open to discuss cost instead of hiding it until the end. Being a young female most automotive places try to pull a fast one on me assuming I know nothing about cars. Wissler's did not do that and instead worked well with me instead of making me feel that I had no choice but to agree with exactly what they were saying. Overall I would recommend their service to anyone. More
