He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the service performed. We went out for a great test drive and he showed me all of the vehicle's features. I was sold. Yuri made the process relaxing and informative. He presented the various extended warranties and insurance packages available to me. I went with the Allstate Platinum Package, primarily for the tire and wheel protection. The new wheels and tires can be pricey. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want or need. I also worked with Ashley Hiestand, Sales Manager, at Wissler Motors. Ashley is very smart and attentive to the details of the paperwork. It is a pleasure working with such professionals. I went to look at the car at 1 and the dealership closed at 4 i only made the decision to buy the jeep cherokee at quarter til 4. Jason among other salesmen stayed an extra two hours until the process was fully completed. That just goes to show what kind of dealership they are. More
