These guidelines exist for a reason, and if we start making exceptions for some customers, the entire program becomes inconsistent and impossible to manage. As part of our delivery process, our Wissler Disclosure clearly states — and is highlighted in blue — that a front plate is required for the program. We make every effort to communicate all requirements at delivery, though we understand customers can sometimes forget details with the amount of information covered at that time. I realize this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but we must apply the same standards to every vehicle to keep the program fair and manageable.
