DO NOT GO THERE I have been in this place twice to buy a BMW. The first time I did not find the car on the same condition that they posted online, I specifically aske I have been in this place twice to buy a BMW. The first time I did not find the car on the same condition that they posted online, I specifically asked them if the car is in good condition and the answer was "Yes Sure" it was not. I was promised to have a better deal for me within two days. I received a call from them saying we got you a great BMW. They sent me the pictures I was ok with them, I told them how much you're asking for it, they told me $15,980.00 I asked them can you give me a better deal because I will be driving for 1.5 hours, he said I can go down a $1000 which makes it $14,980.00 I told them what about $14K he said let me check, then he came back to me and said "OK". we drove there we test drive the car, some small broken items, but we said the price is fair. When we gave them a deposit I saw on the paper the price is $15,980.00, I was there is something wrong. The guy denied that he told me about the price, but I have the text messages, he even deleted some on the conversations. We walked out of that shady place and we will never recommend it to anyone. The Easiest, Best Car Buying Experience Ever I called this dealership but they weren’t open yet so called another and actually spoke with someone at the second dealership (Toyota) as I found 2 4R I called this dealership but they weren’t open yet so called another and actually spoke with someone at the second dealership (Toyota) as I found 2 4Runners I liked one at each dealership well the one I reached and spoke to told me she would email me a form to run my credit and get back to me once that was finished and she would then send me the numbers they could get for me so I filled out the form sent it back and waited in the meantime I got a call from Christy at Winter lake auto exchange she called me back although I left no message she called anyway and from the start of her calling me she was very pleasant easy to talk to and made this a very good experience for me. I am a long haul truck driver and was in Tennessee when I bought this suv and was able to do everything by phone, email, text message as well as my down payment by phone with the manager Chris who was also very nice they both made this an easy hassle free experience and I got a really good deal on the 4Runner with easy financing the Toyota dealership on the other hand never got back to me until around 2 pm and by the time the saleswoman emailed me then called me I had already finished the entire buying of the suv from Christy. She was extremely nice and just so good to work with I know I’ll go back to her here if I want another vehicle in the future and I’ll be sending others I know to her as well I cannot day enough about what a good experience this actually was and for me that doesn’t happen often as most places I’ve bought cars at in the past we’re just not very happy dealings this one really was. I fully recommend Christy and this dealership if you want a good vehicle at a good price with easy paperwork, financing and just down to earth people that are really willing to help and go out of their way for you this is it, best car buying experience of my life. Thank you Christy for all you did for me when I got this 4Runner your excellent and I for one really appreciated you and how you treated me.
