Poor service dept. Monday, June 24, went to WH Honda service and ask that they check my tire pressure, my tire warning light was on. I explained I had my tires rotated a few days earlier. Service advisor said no need to check pressure, suggested the computer was probably not reset. He reset the computer. The following day my right rear tire had a blow out on I4 at 75mph. The tire dealership, without any knowledge of history, said we were riding on low pressure and that caused the blowout, he could tell by the tire. Winter Haven Honda endangered our lives, it would have taken a few seconds to check my tire pressure, More

Rodney was professional,gave us his undivided attention.He was knowledgeable and anything he couldn't answer,he found someone who could.He was friendly and did not try to push us into anything .We were up front with what we wanted,what we had and he worked with that. Everyone we met at the dealership had a smile and said hi. We never once felt pressured.Even in the business office where they try to talk you into service warranties and select packages,there were no high pressure tactics. One of the top dealership experiences i have had.Highly recommend! More
Thanks for the Help! Our 2018 Honda Accord broke down on I-4 while traveling home on Sunday. We had it towed to Winter Haven Honda. The service department was closed that day but the Sales department was opened. We were stranded until Monday so we made a hotel reservation in town. We still had no way to get to the hotel with our luggage. That's when George Menendez from the sales department came to our rescue. He was kind enough to drive us into town to our hotel. We are very grateful for that. Thank you George. George Bailey in the Service Department was very helpful the next day also. He sent a courtesy car to pick us up and explained what was going on with the car. We got the car back on Tuesday and it's working fine. Thanks guys! More
2012 Honda Ridgeline and how horrible this place is David Ruiz identified himself as the online sales manager. We called about buying another ridgeline as ours was totaled due to a hale storm. So, feeling horrible about losing our ridgeline, we made a snap decision to look for another. And so this began. We went to look at a 2012 ridgeline they had and from the start, it is easy to tell David Ruiz has 0 people skills. On the test drive, I asked a simple question about dual air. Now I know it wasn't there. Yet he launched into the que card, "Well, we price our vehicles competitively blah blah blah." All he had to say was no. He was pushy about us signing a contract with 15.4% interest. ROFL. He clearly thought he had a desperate couple in front of him but what was even more horrible was that my credit score actually lowered from whatever method they use to find financing. We went in with a sizable down payment that would have been eaten up and we would have paid $25k for a $16k truck. We found a much better deal else where and are much happier with our much newer truck and much lower interest rate. We found this through trucar and they say on their website that there is a warranty to 100k miles. Yet, Dave said there was no warranty it was as is. When confronted with this, he said no warranty. He also refused to give us a copy of our credit report and the offer sheet. Good thing I'm fast and took pics of all of it with my phone. More

Wasted four hours driving. Drove a total of two hours to see a used truck went back and forth with the sales man and was looking forward to test driving the truck. Upon arrival and looking over the truck I found all four tires showing serious dry rot. I was told the truck had been though a safety inspection. I find that hard to believe. if they let those tires pass inspection I can only image what else they let slide. Please use caution buying a used vehicle from this location. More
