Quick and easy I was very pleased with our experience. I really don't like car shopping but the sales people were hassle free. Made the experience so much more enjoyable. And when we were ready to talk to someone, they were there and answered our questions and let us take the test drive soon before closing. Because everything went so easy and without hassle I was more willing to come and talk and discuss our options which worked out great because we were able to get what we wanted for a great price per month and I have myself a new car. I went to Winter unsure about my choices and was pretty intimidated about the whole rocess because I had heard horror stories about the car buying process. I met the Sales Manager Ed Small and told him this was the first time I had ever bought a car. He made me feel onfortable and very at ease with the whole process. He was patient with me and worked out the numbers for me in a way that fit confortably in my budget. Ed went above and beyond what I percieve to be the normal treatment while purchasing a car.
