Took my car in for an oil change. Three days later, oil leak. Took it back and they claimed it was fixed. Today, another oil leak and now I have to wait for something they did wrong b Three days later, oil leak. Took it back and they claimed it was fixed. Today, another oil leak and now I have to wait for something they did wrong before I get my car back. I should not have to wait for something they did or didn't do. Then the service guy wants to talk to me about an alignment...REALLY! So irrelevant. Just fix my car and do it right. Problem is no matter where we go, NOBODY does the job right THE FIRST TIME! We always have to go back and it is exhausting for people like me who work 16 hour days. Just do it right the first time. I will never come back to this Loser Circle again. So mad 😡 More
I went in for a tune up on my truck. They put the wrong spark plugs on it which clogged up my catalyst converter. After discussing that I didn't have any issues with my truck until I had the tune up the t spark plugs on it which clogged up my catalyst converter. After discussing that I didn't have any issues with my truck until I had the tune up the technician looks at my husband and says, "We don't recommend getting tune ups." Why wasn't this shared with us before the $600 for the tune up and $700 to fix the catalyst converter that they messed up. More

Worst mechanic experience ever This place installed parts wrong and refuse to admit their own mistakes. To make matters worse and because the mechanic got upset at me trying to poin This place installed parts wrong and refuse to admit their own mistakes. To make matters worse and because the mechanic got upset at me trying to point out their faults he threw my transmission into my passenger seat ruining that on top of the already repairs I needed. The disrespectful employees to the multiple negligent damages to my vehicle has me outraged at this dealership. They have gotten away with similar instances in the past by looking over their reviews over the years. This place should step up for its actions and not point the finger at their loyal customers without expecting turmoil. Professional is something this Nissan absolutely lacks and I would consider going else where if you were fortunate enough to read this very real and very honest review. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this location go out of business. More

Excellent Customer Service in the Service Dept. I called Pomoco Nissan and spoke with E. D. Moore Jr. to make an apt to bring my truck in to get repairs fixed that another car care center damaged. H I called Pomoco Nissan and spoke with E. D. Moore Jr. to make an apt to bring my truck in to get repairs fixed that another car care center damaged. He was reassuring and listened to my complaints over the phone and scheduled me an appointment immediately. I went in to the service dept. the following morning and he was even more friendly, warm, caring, and helpful in person. He treated me as if I was the most important customer in the service dept. and made sure that all of my issues and concerns were addressed before I left my truck to be worked on. I did not have transportation for 4 days while my truck was getting fixed at the other car care center, he stopped what he was doing and got me in a rental and told me don't worry we are going to take care of you and they did! Mr. Moore's Excellent customer started from my 1st phone call to returning the rental and picking up my truck! He turned a bad experience to an excellent experience! More

Do not buy a Nissan as I will never do so again since corporate refuses to hold them accountable and make them call me back. I worry about them even having my vehicle as they may do something to it since they have already messed it up by shorting out the Rear view camera while putting in the radio as the camera was fine when they took the vehicle More
