Trading Up and not being out of money I went to Pomoco Nissan today (March 29th, 2019) and was able to trade my 2013 Nissan Altima for a new 2019 Nissan Altima S. The best reason for this I went to Pomoco Nissan today (March 29th, 2019) and was able to trade my 2013 Nissan Altima for a new 2019 Nissan Altima S. The best reason for this was the great service that I received from Alex and Henry. They know my price range, made the best possible suggestion to be and I was able to make it happen. I went from a car payment of $254 a month to $256 per month and get a brand new card. Many thanks to the wonderful people at Pomoco Nissan More

Worst mechanic experience ever This place installed parts wrong and refuse to admit their own mistakes. To make matters worse and because the mechanic got upset at me trying to point out their faults he threw my transmission into my passenger seat ruining that on top of the already repairs I needed. The disrespectful employees to the multiple negligent damages to my vehicle has me outraged at this dealership. They have gotten away with similar instances in the past by looking over their reviews over the years. This place should step up for its actions and not point the finger at their loyal customers without expecting turmoil. Professional is something this Nissan absolutely lacks and I would consider going else where if you were fortunate enough to read this very real and very honest review. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this location go out of business. More

(Our family's 4th Pomoco Nissan) They have been very patiently working with us, for several months, to help us come to a decision we were comfortable with. The professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of the entire Pomoco team is the reason we continue to return to this dealership for both cars and service. (Tommy, Eby, Malcolm, Emily and then entire parts and service team are always there and happy to help when we need anything!) We have been with this group for more than 13 years. The Pathfinder we traded today was purchased at Pomoco Nissan in 2005 and traded today with 164,700 awesome miles! This year my daughter bought her first car from Pomoco and I felt comfortable that she would receive a fair and honest deal. Henry and his team didn't disappoint. It's hard in this day and age to find companies that you know will be honest and dependable. Thomas helped me figure out how much all the work would cost on my old vehicle and we decided a new one was a better option. I just didn’t want a new car payment. Thomas located a low mileage 2016 370Z and gave me a great deal. I like this dealership. Everyone was pleasant and they made buying a car pleasant as well. 2014 nissan Altima i bought in march 2018 Since my purchase my car is jerking I'm not a mechanic but it seems like something going on with the transmission and I brought it into the dealership Since my purchase my car is jerking I'm not a mechanic but it seems like something going on with the transmission and I brought it into the dealership they couldn't find anything wrong and since then it is continue to jerk it doesn't do it all the time it jerks so hard that I feel like somebody hit me from behind also I haven't even had it a year and I just paid $128 for a new battery from Nissan and all I did was bring it in for oil change I'm not sure why they didn't change the battery before they sold it but I feel like I shouldn't have to pay $128 and I haven't even had a car a year when I first wash the car the front bumper had all these Rock chips all in the bumper but when I purchase the car that wasn't there originally it was like it was covered up or something I'm very disappointed in this car I truly wish I could return it and get another one I see why the previous owner got rid of it and not to mention the first time I drove the car I was stranded on the interstate.
