I never felt pressured or hurried. My sales rep (Velma Luke) is, in my opinion, the best sales person around. Not for the fact that she sold me the vehicle, but she made my feel comfortable about the big decision that I was making. She was able to demonstrate, with even her own vehicle, all the different things you can do with the Bluelink and the Smart phone. She made me understand, and I am not a tech person at all. She was quick and gave me a very fair deal that I felt happy about. I needed to discuss it with my wife that night and she did not pressure me by calling immediately.
