None of the information or promises given by Fernando were correct or reliable. We have yet to receive our extended warranty information which did not begin when we agreed. It took another 7 hours to get the Simoniz application. Considering our disabilities and our lack of backup transportation this is totally unacceptable. Phone calls are not returned and what you are told is not true. In our experience with WINNER the customer is a LOSER. Our only dealings with the service department for the Simonize were fine technically but the time spent, without accurate prior notice, was excessive and unjustified, in our opinion. More

She tried to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and offered alternative forms of transportation during th setback. Not every dealership would do this for a customer. Mistreated Signed and agreement for one payment,didn't pay attention in the financial office and was given another payment on the contract,was told by the financ Signed and agreement for one payment,didn't pay attention in the financial office and was given another payment on the contract,was told by the financial person that things were provided for free that when I asked questions latter as part of the discussion about why the payment was higher than I agreed to I was paying as an add on. We had a discussion about one of these and not only did he lie he had a hole story about why the owner provided it for free. Resolution general manager said I signed it nothing to be done. Next I'm going to let ford and the bank know how disappointed I am in the way winner is doing business. Legal action probably weak but they have at a minimum underestimated how big my local family is even though I'm in md More
