Awesome display of customer service Yesterday I purchased a brand new 2014 Ford Taurus Limited because my 2008 Ford Explorer was overheating and seemed to be losing compression. First, I coasted the vehicle to Hertrich Capitol down the road and because of the rain, I felt they gave me a look as if no one wanted to be bothered with me. I was able to drive the Explorer to Winner Ford Dover and the first person I met was Mike Montique. He took the time with me to listen and gave me the confidence I needed to make the purchase. His customer service was impeccable! I feel as though I have a friend the next time I go buy a car from Winner Ford Dover. This is actually my third experience purchasing a vehicle from this establishment and I have always received great service in my overall experience. However, Mike really walked with me step by step. He stood by me through it all and for that I am forever grateful. The level of experience he has in customer service and his expertise as a relationship builder should be modeled throughout the organization.
