Winner Ford of Cherry Hill responded

11-11-16 the Customer arrived at Winner Ford for Customer requested repair/replacement of a heater core on his commercial Ford F150, 158,751 mile. The Customer singed, acknowledged and confirmed he understood a high mileage vehicle may have additional parts and or repairs needed camouflaged by the required/requested repair. Repair was completed and operation of heater was confirmed by the Technician and Shop Foreman. We have reviewed previous heater core repairs confirming no blend door motor repairs required at time of heater core replacement. A Blend Door Motor replacement is a more common repair vs. heater core replacement. The Customer was very specific on his repair request. Replace the Heater Core do nothing else. Service advisor asked him if he wanted Winner to confirm diagnose on the requested repair. Customer declined. Customer contacted Winner with in a few days stating heat on drivers side is not warm. He returned to Winner on 11-15-16 and it was determined a Blend Door Motor needed replacement. Service Manger offered a discount of $300.00 on the labor and the Customer approved the repair.
