After an experience with another local dealer that left me feeling ignored I decided to give Winner Ford a shot. The service advisor, Joe Noverati, at Winner Ford in Cherry Hill is excellent. There was some confusion when I was having a fleet vehicle serviced and he handled it like an absolute pro. I felt like I was informed of exactly what stage the service was at the every step of the way. He was friendly and great to talk to even when we were stuck in limbo with the fleet company. I have worked with motorcycle dealership fixed operations all over the country for 20 years, I know how tough these situations can be. Joe is an asset to the Winner service department and I won't hesitate to use them for all of my service needs in the future. Thanks Joe! More
Terrible service department! Damaged my car windshield while doing an oil change. The car is only a year old and was in great condition. "Service manager" refused to fix the damage and told me to call my while doing an oil change. The car is only a year old and was in great condition. "Service manager" refused to fix the damage and told me to call my insurance to get it replaced. Service manager pretended the damage happened while I was driving. Service advisor used a razor blade on the windshield to scrape at the marks! I asked for the person in charge of the dealership, Dino Rucci, who supposedly wasn't there that day. He has completely ignored my voicemails and email. What terrible customer service in addition to their incompetent service department that can't do an oil change without damaging your vehicle. I would never go here again. Very shady place. Ford should really look into what's going on at this place. It really makes them look bad. More
This dealership has a negligent service department. They did not repair my brakes properly and gave me back my vehicle and again had the brake issue. Warning; heater core replacement went in for a heater core replacement on a 2010 F150 at a cost of 1100. Next day after receiving vehicle back, heater on driver side was malfunctionin went in for a heater core replacement on a 2010 F150 at a cost of 1100. Next day after receiving vehicle back, heater on driver side was malfunctioning, Took it back following day and they identified that the Blend door motor was not working. I asked how could that happened if it never malfunctioned before and they informed me that the compartment where the blend door motor is housed had coolant in it and that the technician dried it as "best as possible" At this point I was furious because they want to charge me another $900 to remove the dash. Simple question : how can a technician think that liquids and an electric motor are good together. While the dash is out , why not replace the 41.00 dollar part. It cost me an additional $600 in labor to remove and reinstall the dash. More
