David was knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted in an auto. We have a problem with being seated comfortably in an auto, as most vehicles have your legs pointed straight out and sitting on the floor rather than seated on a bench or chair. The C-Max was super comfortable for both of us and not too much in the way of blind spots. The Ford hybrid concept tested in previous years was a plus in evaluating the C-Max for ownership. We did not feel pressured in any way to purchase an automobile from Winner Ford of CH. Yes they wanted our business and knew we were long time Toyota and Honda owners. From what we saw with the new Fords, Ford has joined the league of reliable automobiles and will be viable competition for the foreign manufacturers. Hopefully the service, when required, will match the sales personnel. Over the past two years or so we have become somewhat disgruntled with the local Toyota service departments and it appears that Toyota has lost its competitive edge of reliability with the recent recalls. It appears that quality has dropped, yet still very good in the market. This is our first Ford automobile since 1976 so it has been a long time for us to return. Winner has a lot of security vehicle business so it appears that they have something going for them in reliability and dependibility. Bill Kenzler was easy to work with but we had to negotiate the final deal and our insurance company offered help in this area which proved right on with the numbers. He was given one chance to come up with the final price. We took the C-Max out for an extended drive the first day out and found it to be super comfortable and fuel efficient. Pretty quiet overall with road noise. Hopefully the Ford Hybrids will be viable competition for the Toyota Prius and others. Yet this technology is not the final answer to an efficient prime mover for an automobile. Both Ford and VW have engines that will provide over 60mph and these can not be sold in the USA. WHY!? IF that technology was combined with the Ford hybrid technology gas consumption would drop considerably. Yes gasoline might go to $6 to $8 a gallon or more to offset the loss in tax revenue, but why waste a non-renewable resource? In the long run and scheme of things there has to be AND there will be a "new prime mover" for automobiles that will overshadow anything to date. Big Business and Big Government have to let the market operate freely! BTW as a follow up to the above, I am not very happy about the "sticky Ford emails" sent for the Memorial Day Holiday savings event. This almost sent us packing to another vehicle. More

My father and I went into Winner Ford looking to browse the new selection of Escapes and when we got there we were greated by our salesman Chris Thomas. He listened to what we were looking for and was able to provide us with a few different options for us to possibly make a decision on. Chris didn't make us feel pressured and wanting to leave the dealership, but instead worked hard to provide us with a great overall experience. He worked with us on a price that we could afford and in the end we left with a great car and an enjoyable buying experience. I would recommend any friend interested in buying a car to take a look at Winner Ford, and better yet to ask for Chris Thomas, it was truely a pleasure. More

I was extremely hesitant about trading in my Saturn LS2, and I was uncertain that I'd find either an acceptable replacement or a price that I could afford to pay. As soon as I entered the dealership, Chris and I was uncertain that I'd find either an acceptable replacement or a price that I could afford to pay. As soon as I entered the dealership, Chris approached me and invited me to walk the showroom floor and lot with him in search of a used car that would fit my budget and needs. He was immediately friendly and accommodating, and he listened carefully to my concerns, asked useful questions and provided detailed answers to my questions. I believe he understood my hesitation about trading my old vehicle for a newer one, as he was constantly comparing the features and quality to which I had been accustomed with those of the newer vehicle. Overall, I would rate this buying experience as extremely satisfactory; I was able to switch up to a newer, better vehicle without feeling pressured or hassled in the process of shopping for one of my most important purchases. As if Chris wasn't helpful enough, Gino, Chris's sales manager, came over to explain all of my financing options and warranty choices with the same laid-back, comprehensive approach, and his information was quite helpful in my decision-making process. He answered all of my questions succinctly in a friendly, authentic manner, which made this experience much simpler than I had expected. More

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from David Reyes at Winner Ford. I went in saying that I wanted a small, economy car. David worked with me concentrating on the Fiestas. Sometimes salespeople try to move you up to a more expensive model, but it wasn't the case here. The credit process was easy. They were friendly and informative. They had my rental car picked up by a local agency so I could drive the car home. I was even able to drop off my down payment a few days later. Roberto Cabrera helped me when I went back to thoroughly go over the dashboard and sync my phone with the car. Overall an easy and nonstressful experience. I would highly recommend Winner Ford. More
