When looking for a used (one year old) vehicle, we also sought out trade-in incentives and a great base price. Our search lead us to Winner Ford due to the advertised Ford incentives, and salesperson, Davi sought out trade-in incentives and a great base price. Mr. Reyes worked hard to close the deal by asked a number of questions to ensure that the deal was a "win-win." Initially, we walked away from the table due to the "numbers" not matching our expectations and pocketbook. Mr. Reyes later called us at home after selling our "numbers" to the financial manager. His new proposal was fair and the deal was made over the phone. Once we returned to the dealership, he had the car ready, along with the paperwork and a short wait before driving home with smiles. He even assisted us with a part and service need to make the car "whole". Winner Ford made us Winners!!! More

He explained the details of both of the cars to me and I decided I would like to take the Mustang for a test drive. I loved the way it drove, it was very easy to handle and the style is great. We talked about the amount I could spend and he worked out the pricing so that is was close to what I could handle monthly. He and Gino gave me a very affordable deal and I am very happy. Well my intent was obvious. I went to a car dealership to see about buying a car. I liked the fact that I was not assaulted as soon as I got out of my car. He was not pushy, and something surprising, he was respectful. I don't find that quality in many people these days, so I was impressed. At no time did I feel pressured. I could use a lot of fancy adjectives to describe Rick and take up a lot of space on this review, but the point is...Rick is a good salesman. I like him. Just drove home in my amazing Ford Explorer. It was such a relief to see that Rick & Gino weren't pushy salespeople.
