We had looked around the lot for a few minutes and had been contacted briefly by another salesman who offered no other assistance other than to tell us to look around and let him know if we needed help. We had looked briefly at the car we eventually purchased but couldn't tell much about it just looking in the window. We were just getting ready to leave when David Reyes came over to our car and offered to show us some cars in which he thought we might be interested. He showed us the Dodge Intrepid and offered to let us take it for a ride. We were very impressed with the car and its condition. We were also impressed with Dave's friendliness and felt he was very honest and forthright with us. More

Dealership is dishonest. Sold me a car and took my credit card as a deposit to hold it and then sold it the next day and claimed they had given me nothing in writing so they were not liable for anythi credit card as a deposit to hold it and then sold it the next day and claimed they had given me nothing in writing so they were not liable for anything. Worst experience I ever had with a car dealership. Dino the used car sales manager told me he would look for another car like the one they had sold me. It's been 10 days since they sold my car and I have heard nothing from him. I would stay as far away from this bait and switch dealership. They are unethical liars. More

Great profession sales approach Rick was very down to earth in his sales approach with my wife and I. We did not experience the pushy sales tactics for a car that Was in high deman Rick was very down to earth in his sales approach with my wife and I. We did not experience the pushy sales tactics for a car that Was in high demand (many phone calls based on the internet pricing). After the test drive, we discussed the numbers without The "30 visits" to the sales manager. We made a number proposal that was good for my wife and I. Rick introduced us to Gino (Sales Manager), Gino was professional and friendly with a soft, disarming voice. We left that meeting please that we were not far From the finish line. We spoke over the phone the next morning with Rick and discuss our next action. There was no problems, pressures or false statements from Rick. We put him off until the next day. I spoke to Gino, and stated that we had a small problem with our credit Union, I requested that Gino find us a good bank to finance the car. He called back with fair numbers, I requested a deeper cut in the numbers. Gino called back it was done. The car was not detail at first visit, but it was excellently done for last visit to pick up the car. Over all the whole sales approach was smooth and without major issues. Their bank guy reminded me of Jim (from the Office). More
