And it wouldn't have gone anywhere if it had not been for Karl providing me with such a great internet quote to begin with. Definitely one the best experiences with a car dealership by far. New Lease-New Focus I leased my new Ford Focus in April as my Kia lease was end of term. I decided to go back to Ford as I had been a Ford owner for 13 years prior to the I leased my new Ford Focus in April as my Kia lease was end of term. I decided to go back to Ford as I had been a Ford owner for 13 years prior to the Kia lease. I am new to Voorhees, NJ and found Winner Ford and read some good reviews. I don't know this area well and mentioned that to Laverne Ford as I inquired about a new lease. He actually went above and beyond to answer all questions and provided door-door sevice. He picked me up at my apartment and drove me to to the dealership with his colleague driving my Kia. Took my Kia as part of the trade-in and then drove me and my new Ford Focus back to my apartment. He even gave me a new GPS as a welcome gift; Welcoming me both to the community and back to the Ford family. I had a great experience with Winner Ford and Laverne. No test drive and no price after almost an hour I went in with my wife to look at a 2014 Explorer. The salesman ran out to meet us and asked to help which was nice I guess. After a few minutes of looking around, he directed us back to the showroom to see a few more vehicles and some CPO vehicles that were selling for a little less than the new ones. I asked for a monthly price and terms on 2 vehicles and a test drive of each I was treated with some disrespect right off the bat when I asked for the best monthly lease or financing on a 40,000 Explorer they could offer and the salesman literally said, "lets stick with the Limited model since its more in your price range" Considering I asked for the terms on the vehicle, it should not even been a question... work up the numbers. I arrived in an Audi A4, not a Ford Pinto. I can afford the payment. After almost an hour, I had no terms, no test drive and to top it off some paperwork was slapped in front of me to fill out. I understand you want to get me the accurate price that I asked for but I would have liked to at least drive the car. We asked 4 or 5 times to test drive during this visit and all we got was attitude and crappy sales techniques. They were also asking 2K less for a used version of the same car brand new... that is absurd. If you are into the typical car salesman routine, this is your place. If you want quality of service and professional courtesy, go somewhere else! More

I was warmly greeted by Sales and Leasing Representative David Reyes who was friendly and knowledgeable while I took the Edge for a test drive. I really, really liked this vehicle, both looks and handling, but let him know I was only looking. But after he offered me fantastic pricing along with a great offer on my trade-in, I realized I couldn't pass up such a deal and quickly drove away in my new 2013 Ford Edge. I appreciate David's help and compliment his "people" skills. More
