The Best Auto Buying Experience We Have Ever Had From the second we stepped onto the car lot until the last i was dotted in the paper work this had to have been the easiest least stressful car buying From the second we stepped onto the car lot until the last i was dotted in the paper work this had to have been the easiest least stressful car buying trip of our lives. Greeted by Eric Ellegaard as if we were old friends who had come to visit we felt at ease immediately. When he asked us why we had come to Winner Ford we told him about our recent troubles with an older vehicle and that it was time to look for a safer more reliable car . He took into account all our requests and we started to look at new vehicles right away . We chose a Ford Escape because it had all the qualifications we needed , cargo , safety, etc . After suggesting a few options which made sense to us Eric took us into the showroom and introduced us to his manager Gino and we all discussed how like many people today we may not be exactly perfect in the credit department, but we were capable of handling a new car payment for sure. Gino and Eric worked with us on the best financial plan possible for us and they came up with a lease that made absolute sense for our life style. Assuring us that they could find a car we would be happy with , we put our trust in them...and they did not disappoint us . We recently picked up our beautiful Deep Impact Blue Ford Escape with just enough bells and whistles to keep us busy learning how to use them all , but most of all a reliable beautiful car to get us where we need to go . We could not be happier with the treatment and respect we were given as a gay married couple who for the first time in New Jersey could purchased a car together in both our names. Every single person in that show room showed us immense respect and care and made us feel as if we were among friends . We will not hesitate to tell everyone who is in the market for a new car to head over to Winner Ford . Rick was so incredibly accommodating to us as we looked at many models of the explorer. He was not pushy, he was quite the opposit in the fact that he aske what I needed and my wish list and he heard me and did everything he could to be me the vehicle we wanted. Rick and Gino were so honest with us and respected our wants and needs. They both made me feel like a person and not just a number walking through the doors. I, so thankful for their work to get me into the car I've wanted. I am happy overwhelming happy that we chose to go to winner ford and experience the greatest level of costumer service I've had.
