Great Experience I began to shop around online when my less-than-dependable Chevy began giving me trouble on a consistant basis. After reading seemingly thousands of reviews, I settled on a Ford Escape as a suitable replacement. It offers dependability, reliability and ecomony; the trifecta! I queried Winner Ford in Cherry Hill after picking out an Escape I electronically stalked from their website. Soon after I was contacted by Carl (with a K) from the dealership to set up an appointment. When the time was right (and I had secured a loan from my bank) it was time to meet my new conveyance. Initially I met with Carl (with a K) and he paired me with a Sales Associate by the name of Roberto Cabrera. Roberto struck me as an honest, down to earth, family guy. This did not live up to the slick-backed, fast talker with bad teeth and goodwill suit that I had in mind driving over, which was an absolute delight. After test driving just about every single Escape the lot had to offer, I settled on one that had the options I was looking for, with a price I could afford to pay. Roberto was at all times respectful, patient and professional. It was a hassle-free experience and I would recommend Winner Ford and Roberto Cabrera to anyone looking to buy new or used. Thank You!
