Disrespectful & Rude Management The sales person Rick was Great. The Finance and Sales Managers were RUDE and ARROGANT. After receiving an unrealistic price (Costco pricing so they The sales person Rick was Great. The Finance and Sales Managers were RUDE and ARROGANT. After receiving an unrealistic price (Costco pricing so they said) my monthly payment was more than $150 higher than two other dealers for a $1100 lesser vehicle of the same model. I kindly declined to stay and left. The sales person was apologetic and hoped that we will find the right car at a fair price. The manager saw him speaking to us and told the sales person "GET INSIDE!" with a tone and look one would have towards a disobedient child. I was taken aback by the managers immature and unprofessional behavior in front of perspective buyers. As we drove off the manager looked and directed a comment at us that was less then professional. I am still Embarrassed for the sales person and would NEVER recommend this place. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAM! That explains the overstock of 2014's. This manager tried to rip me off! I don't want to mention the sales person's name because I fear retaliation from his management after seeing his behavior. Be careful. More
