Winner Ford Major Mileage Tampering Issues Our 2013 FORD F150 STX That we purchased Brand new in Dec. of 2013 has been at Winner Ford Cherry Hill, NJ for mileage issues. The odometer is out o Our 2013 FORD F150 STX That we purchased Brand new in Dec. of 2013 has been at Winner Ford Cherry Hill, NJ for mileage issues. The odometer is out of control and recording mileage at a super High rate, more than double. One example is I watched it go 74 miles in a 22 mile trip, that's how bad! The speedometer tachometer needles were way off, not even close to where they should have been reading. So I put in for repair . Ultimately, they changed out the gauge cluster and rewound the odometer into the 13,000 mile range . I asked the mechanic where he came up with that amount of mileage and he told me he didn't know because it was fried and he couldn't get the actual mileage from the truck, the service manager, told him to do this rewind and that the truck needed to stay in the shop another day because this problem with the truck was a first for them and needed more repair time. I went to the Service Manager and confronted him about the mileage and he said to me that since it only has been happening for a week he took it back into the 13,000 mile range "like he was doing me a favor" , I told him that he better get his fact's right and that it has been happening since week one of our ownership. He was big eyed "BUSTED." At this point he changed his story and started telling me he got the mileage from the truck computer ecm or pcm. Well that was a bold face lie to cover his butt, I guess , Mind you,' the mechanic had previously told me he can't get the actual mileage because it was fried and he can't retrieve it. I have been back to the dealership several times dealing with this issue and trying to get paperwork reflecting the mileage they rewound it to but they won't give me any and they tell me there is no record of it except the Service Manager's word. So I said I wanted to open a complaint claim with the Ford Corp. Well, we did open a complaint with Ford and this got us nowhere. They are very arrogant and are going off of the Service Manager's findings which are word-of-mouth with no documents to back his words. I asked Ford Corp. what my last recorded miles were at the time I took the truck out of the shop after the new odometer and they told me 14,473. So I asked them why its not showing the 13.000 miles in their database and why it's not showing on any of the paperwork Winner Ford sent me after the replacement of the odometer ...The Ford Corp. at that time hung up on me. Also, when I went to pick up the truck they would not give me any receipts or paperwork for the repairs. The service department said that the receipt's were not ready yet and they would be mailed to me ...I found this very strange.. I hardly ever drive my truck and in all reality it should have been in the neighborhood of 4000 to -- maybe... and I mean maybe -- 5000 miles and not 14.473 in 6 months. I was at Winner Ford yesterday 9-11-14 and told the Service Manager I want him to give me paperwork stating the 13,000 miles he took it back to, and still to this day he can't supply them. He did slip his tongue when I said all I want is the actual miles on my truck not an imaginary mileage on my truck, His exact words were," I don't know how we're ever going to get the actual mileage it was BURNED OUT". At that point I gave him a piece of my mind for lying to Ford Corp. and me, not telling the truth. At that point he walked away from me and said his work day is over and he needed to go home to his kids. How noble. I called Ford Corp and still got nowhere again and was hung up on for the umpteenth time . And to think I used to love my Ford trucks. Thanks dannybaran1966@gmail.com After posting this add the Vice President of Winner Ford contacted me wanting to know what has been going on and this add was the first he heard about this situation ,and wanted me to come right in to see him so I did he told me he can't get a straight answer from the service department and would probably never get to the bottom of this issue. He did say that the Service Manager had admitted to putting the mileage back and mysteriously the Vice President produced a paper that he claimed was from ford corp. showing the 13.000 + miles That he said "FORD" set the odometer to. Well, news flash, I called Ford they have no record of that mileage. Plus, the paper was drawn up on, you guessed it, 9-15-14, the same day he got involved. Mind you, .it should have been dated 6-26-14 or so. Opp's ....they messed up again. He double talked himself in the same minute being we already established that the Service Manager turned the miles back on his own thinking he was doing me a favor. Well, I called Ford and they had no record of the 13.000+ miles in their database. Also, . . I have photos and video of the odometer the day I picked the truck up in June and that mileage is not what Winner claims so Winner ford lied again !! its just amazing how the Vice President of the dealership can't get answers from the service department but can come up with answers on his own. He wanted me to bring the truck in so his "engineer" could get the mileage difference from the PCM so I brought the truck in and the engineer came out with a laptop and a code reader and went to work plugging into my truck and hitting keys for about 25 minutes. Well, one could surmise he re-flashed my pcm /odometer to match as he came up with a matching number. I asked him what and how can that be he told me he didn't know and again they may never know the right mileage on our truck because the service department is not talking. I asked him how is this my problem. he told me that the Service Manager still has a lot of explaining to do with the higherups . Well now....Days after the engineer hooked that laptop up to the truck the Vice president of Winner calls me and said to me and I quote "Danny you can't prove anything now about the mileage" and said to me that he can offer me an extended warranty with a $100.00 deduct. Take it or leave it! I'm going to leave it because the paperwork and my many conversations with all at Winner Ford and contacts to Ford Corp and the Ford warranty department shows how they are trying to cover this mileage tampering up. and they didn't even put a sticker in my door jamb of my truck showing the mileage rewind as required by the State of New Jersey, Why? because they didn't do it according to protocol . All these months later the initial problem with my mileage running up on the odometer has never been resolved or fixed just covered up and double talking from them. I will keep you posted and will be putting all the paperwork showing their mileage discrepancies and date tampering on the paperwork on You Tube for all to see. Save yourself from the liars all the way from the service department on up to the Vice President of Winner Ford and shop someplace else its just not worth the hassle dealing with these guys. More

He was very helpful and informative with my research for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Upon my arrival at the showroom, he showed me several vehicles and explained them with complete knowledge. He was very patient and left me alone to make my decision. Once my decision was made, we had another great experience with the Finance Manager Bill who explained everything before we signed our papers. I would highly recommend Mr. Reyes as a sales associate to deal with and also the Finance Manager. Winner Ford is the place to go if you want an experience and friendly team. More

We were greeted by Dave who asked if we needed help and what we were looking for. We told him we weren't completely sure what we wanted - something with decent gas mileage and under a certain price. We had an interest in the 2014 Fusion and/or the Escape. We looked at the Fusion, which was nice, good gas mileage, under what we wanted to spend. We then looked at the Escape, which was nice as well, and decent gas mileage, a little more pricey. There was an Escape trade-in that came in the day before on the showroom floor. It was a 2013. We test drove it - and drove it home. The finance guys got us a good price, and a payment close to what we were shooting for. We would love to tell you we got the price we wanted, but, let's be honest, who really wants ANY car payment? So, yes, they got us close to what we wanted. They were friendly. Not in our face, like some salespeople can be. All in all, a very good experience and would recommend them to friends and/or family. More
NEVER AGAIN I financed my first car from Winner ford 2 weeks ago. When I got in the car to test drive it there was a "rattling" noise what sounded like it was com I financed my first car from Winner ford 2 weeks ago. When I got in the car to test drive it there was a "rattling" noise what sounded like it was coming from under the dash board. My sales rep, Dave said don't worry about that noise these cars are all warranted and we will take care of the noise for you it seems to be something very simple. Ok. no problem as long as you fix it and it don't wind up costing me anything I'm fine with that. The very next week I took my car back to winner ford to have the issue addressed. they pulled the car in and told me it would take 45 minutes. Again, fine no problem there are a ton of stores directly across the street so I was able to walk over and get breakfast while I waited. When I got back to the waiting room the service person came back and said they found the noise but it wasn't under the dash it was coming from under the hood and would take another 45 minutes if I didn't mind waiting. So, I wait yet another 45 minutes. Again, the service rep comes back to tell me that a fuel line needed to be replaced and that they didn't want me driving the car over the weekend since it could potentially damage other things under the hood that we wouldn't want damaged. Oh that's wonderful beings though I just put quite a few miles on the car the weekend I bought it driving away for vacation!!!! I was told they had to order a part and that it would be in on Monday. They offered me a free rental car only it wasn't really "free" it wind up coasting me more money out of my pocket, $5 / day. That's not it I bought a 2013 Ford Edge SEL and they thought it would be nice to loan me a Ford Focus for the weekend. The reason I bought this ford edge was because I like driving a larger car, had I known they were going to charge me $5 / day and give me a small car I would have never purchased this car from this place as I will never purchase another car from this place in the future! I requested a car that was a little larger so they did give me a foes escape to use, its a shame that I had to request it and they wouldn't have just said we will give you something that you feel comfortable driving in. Not one person here seemed to care that I minded so much to pay $20 plus $10 to get to winner ford for tolls since I don't live in Jersey. After I waited all weekend to get my new car that I didn't even have for a week back I got a phone call on Monday at 12:00 saying that the part was lost somewhere in New York and that it would be done tomorrow. Not surprised! But whatever go ahead I'm paying for this rental after I just paid over $25,000 for this car. In addition to having the rattling noise addressed I asked them to take a look at the alignment on the car since it was pulling pretty significantly to the right as I was driving it. Of corse the alignment was off! they were nice enough to straighten the wheel for me. I mean that's the least they could do I would think since I was under the assumption that when you buy a 2013 Ford Edge the car should at least drive straight!!! I also asked them if they would be able to give the car a quick wash for me since it was a little dirty from when I bought it and they said yes, but, this didn't happen when I got the car back there was black what looked like maybe grease stain or something on my front passenger seat and tiny white particles of some sort on the floor I am guessing they used my front seat to store parts in and that's how it got like that. Another $80 spent the next day because I now had to go and get my new car detailed. I wish I would have known what I was in store for I know a lot of people who have purchased new/used cars in the past some even 2011 and didn't have these issues. I am sorry that I did this so fast and will definitely consider my options when I am ready to buy another car. More
