Gave them 3 chances, now never again I've waited about a month and a half after my most recent purchase at Winner Ford to chime in. I've purchased 3 vehicles from there, two used trucks a I've waited about a month and a half after my most recent purchase at Winner Ford to chime in. I've purchased 3 vehicles from there, two used trucks and one new car. The new car was the best purchase I made, it was decently priced, and I had no service issues and despite my needs changing and needing a truck, I wish I still had it. .Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the used trucks. Both trucks I purchased used had problems from Day 1. The most recent truck I bought spent nearly 2 weeks in service two days after I signed the papers. They were nice enough to put me in a rental then bill me the "required" $5/day later on. Given my prior service history with the last truck, and the trend already starting with this new one, they said they would put in another vehicle if I wanted. And I wanted to; but what they didn't tell me is it would be treated as a trade in and I would have to spend another $60/month, to be at ease. So despite their promises to do what it takes to keep the customer happy, they were only true to the word in the sense they would be happy to take more of my money and sell me another truck. Bottom Line 1. Their sales tactics are to never show you the price, only cost per month and term. You have to pull teeth to get them to show you the price of the vehicle, make sure you stress it. You will haggle over price per month, etc., but the cost of the vehicle may never change. I was duped into that. Shame on me. 2. The upper management is happy to sell you additional things to make you happy. (Oh we can put leather seats in there, no problem!) They are cut throat and will pressure you into any purchases. The salesmen are under the same pressure to sell you a car. Be sure to shop around, because Winner Ford rarely has competitive prices. 3. Never buy used. I've had nothing but poor experiences with used vehicles purchased from here. They will do the bare minimum to get it back on the road and the lot to sell to you. Avoid it all together. Buy a new car or go somewhere else. Again, shame on me for buying 2 used trucks here. 4. If you do purchase from here, the service center is surprising good. Most of the people in the service center are honest and are looking to help you out in any way they can. They are a separate entity from the sales people, so they operate differently. Just be sure to recognize the needs of your vehicle before they offer suggestions.... (No, I'm not putting on new wipers in the winter so that icy windshields can destroy them again, or fuel/oil additives..) 5. Lastly, I regret buying a vehicle from them. This vehicle will be my last. I plan to look elsewhere to purchase my next vehicle. Winner Ford has received the last of my business, and if it weren't for my powertrain warranty, I'd be fine with never driving back in their lot again. Just be a smart consumer and do your homework. Shop around and only buy a new vehicle from here only if you must. More

From the initial Internet contact who was awesome also to driving away was a great experience. Dave was friendly, accommodating and his follow up with new incentives is what prompted me to return and purchase my new 2014 Fusion. Everyone was very friendly throughout the entire experience. The quick efficient service was what I enjoyed the most as I have a very busy schedule and Dave made it quick and simple! I was in and out in a couple hours. I waited 3 hours to see the finance manager. 4. They did want to full the gas tank on a 50,000 truck. 5. The payment and interest rate was wrong. 6. Just an unprofessional experience. 7. The good thing was the sales man David Reyes. 8. I would never buy a car from a ford dealership ever again. 9. Finally, they didn't have the descent see to offer me or my wife a bottle of water. Although there was a few back-and-forth with regard to the pricing and other small issues, the overall purchasing experience was pleasant. I got the 2015 Ford Fusion SE for a final price around 21700 (including tax and tags), I believe it's a fair deal. Update: I just found out that the salesman lied to me about their background check, I specifically asked him about whether their credit check would be a soft or hard inquiry on my credit history, and he lied to me by saying it's gonna be just a soft inquiry. Today when I check my credit report, there's this hard inquiry by Winner Ford, and it seriously affected my score. I called to confront him about this, and he became very indifferent and had no sense of guilty at all. I am feeling very disappointed and unhappy! More

I went into the experience to simply look around and gather pricing information, but ended up driving off the lot in a brand new car. Everyone was friendly and showed me the utmost respect. Eric Ellegaard (Salesperson), Gino P. and Doug T. were the best. They truly went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. I consider myself an indecisive person so you could only imagine how I felt perusing the inventory. Too many cars to choose from! Eric understood my indecision and provided a plethora of knowledge for each make, model, etc. Although I changed my mind several times on cars I thought were "the one", he gladly assisted me back at the drawing board and acknowledged the commitment that comes with buying a new car. My fate was determined after test driving the 2014 Ford Edge. Smooth drive, great features and very sleek. The next step was to negotiate prices, which I anticipated to be an anxiety-inducing experience. I found that I was eligible for many rebates and the team worked with me to reach monthly payments I felt comfortable with; zero anxiety. If you find yourself in the market for a vehicle, visit the facility and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Winner Ford! More
