Worst experience My husband Franco Mantino Bought a used ford 250, was told at delivery there is a 30 day warranty on engine and drive train and all internal parts. Experienced quite a few issues within the first week of ownership, called the dealership spoke to Dino used car manager. He request that I make an appointment with service and bring the truck in to have my issues addressed. I left a detailed letter explaining my issues. The next day received a call from Tim in service who was GREAT informing me that the "warranty" company which in this case is sales was not covering any expenses but wanted me to pay $150 diagnostic fee. Needless to say, I picked my truck up drove it home and noticed a funny smell. When I got out lifted the hood to see they left radiator cap off & coolant spilled all over my engine. Not happy and wouldn't recommend this stealership to anyone! More

When I asked him for corporates number, he said there was no corporate and that he was manager and hung up the phone on me. Horrible customer service. They knew that there were problems with the car because when I first purchased the vehicle, it had a low 4 wheel drive problem with it and had to go in the shop. They cleared that code but obviously didn't look over anything else. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! More

The patience and knowledge of what I was looking for by the salesperson that assisted me made me feel very comfortable. Rick DiLaura was wonderful. Not only did he lead me to the car I was looking for, he made sure that I was able to maneuver the "upgrades" this car has, as I was previously driving a 2003 vehicle. Rick made sure I was completely happy with the choice of car, which I have never experienced at a dealership before. I was very happy driving out of the dealership with my Ford Focus. Rick made this whole experience very pleasant for me. I highly recommend Winner Ford. I love my car! Thank you Rick! More

When my husband was in the hospital the salesman who helped me with the purchase,Rick DILaura, even drove the car to my mechanic for me for evaluation prior to purchase. His patience was endless in helping me get the necessary documentation to buy the car and his sales manager was equally obliging. More
They do what they want !!! I bought a 2016 explorer from this dealership in Sept 2016. Everybody, at first, seemed helpful. The finance people managed to spell my wife's name w I bought a 2016 explorer from this dealership in Sept 2016. Everybody, at first, seemed helpful. The finance people managed to spell my wife's name wrong- it didn't matter as long as they corrected on particular form- all the rest could be wrong, it didn't matter !! When the registration finally showed up, I got an e-mail instead of a phone call- so much for the personal touch: Now the fun begins- the dealership "offered (like I didn't have a choice) to install the plates". Out comes "Carlo" with a power screwdriver- not the type of thing you want right next to your brand new car. He proceeds to remove the old advertising plate & temporary tag. Using the power driver, he begins to put the screws in. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the right tools, and proceeds to have the screwdriver bounce out of the slot and down the plate (thank god it didn't hit the finish). When we get to the front plate, he cant get the screw into the hole (that's because the holes are at the bottom of the tag), so he uses the screwdriver as a "drill" gouging up the mount and forcing the screw in, in the wrong position. I complained, they had me bring the car back & someone knowledgeable removed the screws & plate, looked at the damage, said "it's ONLY the plate mount, not the finish", as he proceeded to put the plate on correctly. ONLY THE PLATE MOUNT ? this was a new 2016 vehicle, damaged by their employee. The least they should have done was replace the mount, since they deliberately damaged it. I feel lucky they didn't do more damage ! More

Purchased Used Truck Drove down from Syracuse to purchase used Chevy truck from Ford dealership. Yes, I am crazy but this was graduation present for my daughter and older Drove down from Syracuse to purchase used Chevy truck from Ford dealership. Yes, I am crazy but this was graduation present for my daughter and older vehicles outside of NY are in much better shape due to our winters and salt on the roads. Pat Duff and Lavern Ford were both great. I am a Chevy guy but would recommend this dealership. Even received video email from Lavern congratulating me on the purchase. More
Do Not Buy or Service at Winner Ford Purchased a new Ford in May of 2014. I've had nothing but poor service to date with Winner Ford. Due to the horrible design of the transmissions in th Purchased a new Ford in May of 2014. I've had nothing but poor service to date with Winner Ford. Due to the horrible design of the transmissions in the Fiesta's and Focus cars(those of you who were foolish enough to buy know what I'm talking about), I've been forced to return to the dealer over 7 times already. After they replaced the 1st clutch, they repeatedly stated that "everything was normal" each time I brought back the car with issues. After my 2nd clutch replacement and a "cleaning", I finally brought my car to Holman Ford in Maple Shade NJ, and was informed that they would consult with Ford's regional service tech. Holman Ford took ownership of the problem and reported it to the Regional Service Technician. This is what Ford dealerships are instructed to do. When I had the regional rep call Winner Ford, the service manager(Nick) denied that there was a problem and that everything was normal.The same week, Holman Ford received authorization to replace the whole transmission! When I asked the sales manager at Winner about a buyback or Lemon Law return at the 5000 mile point in my ownership(after 1st clutch), he stated that "I wouldn't want to do that" and "I would loose too much money on the car". If I had researched a little more, I would have realized that he was lying. In NJ you are entitled to a full buyback within 24000 miles. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT WINNER FORD! More
