Great Experience (again!) I was trying to trade in my Focus for an Escape. Lavern Ford was so helpful and worked with me to find the perfect one (that I could actually afford! My previous experience at Winner Ford was with their Service Department where I was thoroughly impressed by their facilities and with their courteous and very knowledgeable Staff. When it came time to buy a new car, they made the decision very simple for me - go to Winner! Purchasing a new car can be a stressful time for some and what feels like a long tedious process, not in this case. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will never go anywhere else! He had a huge smile that matched his personality. He was very informative and took the time to answer all my son's questions regarding the vehicle (and mine). Unfortunate I purchased a pre-owned Fusion about 1 month ago. My salesman, Lavern, was great. I liked the Fusion very much. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday and the first time I drove it on the highway was that Monday. I noticed a constant vibration in the entire car and called immediately. The service advisor, Matt, was great to work with. Unfortunately, I had to return on 3 separate occasions to figure out what the vibration was. After leaving the vehicle with them for over 6 days, on 3 occasions they were unable to rectify the issue. They admitted that there was a definite vibration, but determined it was normal. I was scheduled to come in a 4th time to drive it again with the sales manager, but I ended up trading it only a month into it. I didn't have any more fight or time to give to this. I was out my down payment and had to put more money down on another vehicle this past Saturday. I am disappointed with the outcome and being told that the car had a normal vibration, which is confusing since they tried to fix it 3 times and admitted that it was there. I am disappointed in the time and money I spent on this and I regret the purchase. Hopefully, Winner Ford will use this as a learning opportunity and use it to help customers in the future. Since I am no longer a customer I don't expect anything else from them. I am writing this review in hopes that the appropriate company leaders see it and ensure that it does not happen in the future. I'd hate to see another customer waste the time that I did on something that ended the way that my experience did. More

I can't express how poor the service department is, or how deceptive the sales department conducts their transactions. First of all, do not-I repeat-DO NOT buy a Focus or Fiesta! Please search "Focus or Fiesta" transmission issues online and you will understand what a horrible company Ford has become. Winner, and every other Ford dealership will tell you the transmission issue is normal, however, every technician knows the company will not correct a known design problem with the dual clutch transmission. Ford would not work with me at all. I was willing to upgrade to an Escape if they would just make maybe a $2000 allowance for my 3rd clutch replacement on my Focus. I had to file a suit to retrieve $4000 for me and $3000 for attorney fees, just to resolve the problem (which still exists). Do yourself a favor. DO NOT BUY FROM WINNER OR ANY FORD DEALERSHIP! You will be taken. Please learn from my mistake. More
