Exceptional Customer Service! My wife and I stopped in just to look at a 2016 Explorer. We walked in and were immediately greeted by salesman Alan Zimmer. We told Alan we still had My wife and I stopped in just to look at a 2016 Explorer. We walked in and were immediately greeted by salesman Alan Zimmer. We told Alan we still had several months left in our Kia lease and just wanted to see what other vehicles we should consider. Alan asked us what options and colors we liked. He was able to explain the different option packages and how much they influenced the price. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push us toward anything else. Alan was happy to let us take it on a test drive and we never felt like we were bothering him even though he knew we had no intention of buying today. He even told me to take it on the highway if I wanted. When we got back to the dealership Alan asked us to come inside just so he could get some information from us. I thought for sure things were going get pushy. I was completely wrong! We told Alan we were going to wait until closer to lease end and he told us we were smart to do that with the amount of months we had remaining! He even printed all the info for the vehicle we looked at. Before leaving he wanted to introduce us to his sales manager. Once again, I fully expected the sales manager to try to push a sale today. I was wrong again! He agreed we should wait a few more months and he could offer us a better deal. We felt very respected the entire time. I highly recommend these guys. More
