I recently purchased a 2007 Fj Cruiser for Winn VW. I knew I was going to buy it after the test drive. The salesmen were not pushy and when I wanted a direct out the door price they had no problem gettin knew I was going to buy it after the test drive. His price out the door was better than all the other dealerships and online ads i had read. He also gave me a coupon for their extended warrantee programs and security auto etching. Once we started talking (like old friends not business acquaintances) I saw his desire to sell cars to people not only to make money but to make sure the buyer is happy. Nada Aldulaimi the financial director was also extremely nice to deal with. Everyone there is straight forward and really there to help. I have referred numerous friends told them to keep on his used cars for sale (if not looking for a VW), because going some where else to buy a car would be crazy! More
I drove 422 miles round trip after being assured on a price for my trade in and a price on a used car only to be told they couldn't honor the trade in price because they made a mistake. Been there 3 times for the same oil leak problem. John from service dept. wold not even look typing on the keyboard when talking to you. I ended up coming here because I was discriminated against for my sexual orientation at Broadway VW in SF. The staff was very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership almost 3-months ago and I'm still dealing with problems from this dealership. First, my trade in was not paid off accordingly; the dealership actually owes 3-months ago and I'm still dealing with problems from this dealership. First, my trade in was not paid off accordingly; the dealership actually owes me money back. Second, someone at the dealership apparently was joyriding in vehicle I traded in and going through the FasTrak lane, so I've recieved 11 violations to date, which of course I submitted back naming the dealership as the responsible party. Third, to resolve the first issue, I've called the dealership several times and they're avoiding me by not taking my calls or returning my calls. At this point, I'd rather be lied to than not acknowledged! Note: The dealership is no longer Bob Lewis VW and is now WINN VW. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!! More
Sometime ago (2005?), fixed one part and then another part dead next day, went back 3 times. The manager I dealt with was just incompetent (full of nonsense from his "explainations"). Right now, pretty disappointed. Had a lease turn in and was told that the salesman, Sam, was authorized to do these. He looked at the car, "checked" it in and I purchased another from him the same day. P was told that the salesman, Sam, was authorized to do these. He looked at the car, "checked" it in and I purchased another from him the same day. PROBLEM: Sam is NOT authorized to take a lease turn in. Received early termination invoice from VW credit (after the car had been back at the dealer for 6 months) for $1322 for a bunch of damage. The car did not have damage when I left it there. Now, on my 2nd GM, John Nguyen, who is not good a returning phone calls and I'm not real convinced he's looked at this as of today. Does ANYONE have an email address for Bob Lewis? Called the dealer and the one they gave me isn't any good. Really disappointed. Have recommended them. John Phelan is great in service though. More
