Amazing service! I usually don't write reviews, but they definitely deserve it. My car has been having issues for almost 2 months, finally I went to the vw dealer beca I usually don't write reviews, but they definitely deserve it. My car has been having issues for almost 2 months, finally I went to the vw dealer because outside shops couldn't figure it out. Ernesto the service advisor had constantly checked in everyday and gave me updates. The mechanic Kyle couldn't figure out the issue because there was no codes coming up and without doing educational guesses and costing more money then needed, he contacted the VW engineers to get there input. After 2 fixes ( which they covered under the emissions warranty) and those failed they still did not give up! They contact the VW engineers again and after multiple attempts of trying they finally figured out what was wrong! Also instead of giving me back the car right away, they kept it an extra 2 days and ran it for long periods of time just to make sure the problem was fixed, and so far knock on wood it has been fixed! On top of everything Ernesto was able to get me a loaner car for the time my car was in the shop at no extra charge because they weren't able to pin point it during the original diagnostic. Ernesto and Kyle have been beyond amazing and I would recommend anyone and everyone to go there for service! I have never received that kind of customer service, hard work, and dedication to figure out what was going on. Thank you a million times Ernesto and Kyle!! More
