But I felt compelled to do this after what happened to me taking my car to Winn VW for an issue I This is my first time writing a review for anything. But I felt compelled to do this after what happened to me taking my car to Winn VW for an issue I had with my brand new VW. They kept the car over night and after calling me next day to pick up my car for showing no problem I noticed my handicapped placard and so many different gift cards ( about $500) were missing. When I complained to the manager he said he asked everyone and no one had seen anything. BE CARFUL TAKING YOUR CAR THERE FOR REPAIRS. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE CAR. More

Entire family with 3 kids spend a few hours, driving various cars, sitting in them, asking thousands of questions and liter We bought a car yesterday. Their patience and professionalism was the reason why we bought at the end. Plus, they just had the perfect car at a great price. But really, everybody who hates buying cars, this is a different experience, including the finance manager. 5 star recommendation! More

Great experience I just picked up my 2018 Atlas SEL Premium. After dealing with two other dealerships and had less than pleasant experiences - two dealers worked hard I just picked up my 2018 Atlas SEL Premium. After dealing with two other dealerships and had less than pleasant experiences - two dealers worked hard to convince me that I did NOT want a premium- I moved to Winn. Painless Car Buying (7/1/2018) I was expecting that buying a new car would be a huge hassle and a generally unpleasant experience, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff a I was expecting that buying a new car would be a huge hassle and a generally unpleasant experience, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff at Winn. I was looking for a 2018 GTI SE 6MT, and have a friend that only weeks prior had got a killer offer and bought the exact same car through another dealership—so I knew what I was willing to pay. I came in with backup for the price, and my salesperson worked with his managers to get me there. I’d planned on shopping around, but Winn got me a price I was happy with quickly and quite painlessly. In case it’s not obvious, I bought the car. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly, and no one was pushy. The whole experience (including a lot of hemming and hawing on my part), from walking in for the test drive to taking the car home, only took a few hours. I was impressed enough by the overall carbuying experience at Winn to buy a service contract them. You can have the work done at any dealership, but I’ll be giving Winn a try first. If the buying experience is indicative of what I can be expect from the Service Department, I think they’ll be very pleasant to work with as I put miles on my new car. Thanks guys! More
