Sometime ago (2005?), fixed one part and then another part dead next day, went back 3 times. The manager I dealt with was just incompetent (full of nonsense from his "explainations"). Right now, pretty disappointed. Had a lease turn in and was told that the salesman, Sam, was authorized to do these. He looked at the car, "checked" it in and I purchased another from him the same day. P was told that the salesman, Sam, was authorized to do these. He looked at the car, "checked" it in and I purchased another from him the same day. PROBLEM: Sam is NOT authorized to take a lease turn in. Received early termination invoice from VW credit (after the car had been back at the dealer for 6 months) for $1322 for a bunch of damage. The car did not have damage when I left it there. Now, on my 2nd GM, John Nguyen, who is not good a returning phone calls and I'm not real convinced he's looked at this as of today. Does ANYONE have an email address for Bob Lewis? Called the dealer and the one they gave me isn't any good. Really disappointed. Have recommended them. John Phelan is great in service though. More
I asked for a wheel alignment IF one was needed. Of course, they said they did one and charged me $300 for it even though the "Before" and "After" numbers were identical and the "Before" numbers were i course, they said they did one and charged me $300 for it even though the "Before" and "After" numbers were identical and the "Before" numbers were in spec.<br><br>I was also charged $125 so they could track a bad connector.<br><br>The car was in the shop for four weeks while they waited for a part even though I made the appointment three weeks before and they knew they would need that part.
