Went to Winn to see a pre-owned Jetta GLI they had advertised. Test drove the car, was going to make a deal, but then they pulled out the sheet that showed all the extras added on to the car that were advertised. I called to ask about a used car. After asking if it was negotiable he told me no which was fine . Then he proceeded to bash and degrade all other dealerships. Went in to fix a recall, which of course was free, but still received great service. Ernesto was very helpful and courteous.
