Went to Winn to see a pre-owned Jetta GLI they had advertised. Test drove the car, was going to make a deal, but then they pulled out the sheet that showed all the extras added on to the car that were advertised. I called to ask about a used car. After asking if it was negotiable he told me no which was fine . Then he proceeded to bash and degrade all other dealerships. Dishonest. Read the comments and you will see. They dont care about the customers. All they care about is money. I live 65 miles away from this dealership and after being promised that I will get the dont care about the customers. All they care about is money. Went in to fix a recall, which of course was free, but still received great service. Ernesto was very helpful and courteous. I even found out when I picked it up that they filled my washer fluid at no c still received great service. Ernesto was very helpful and courteous.
