My first service experience with Winn couldn't have been easier and was totally hassle free. I was able to make an appointment within a reasonable time frame, I was signed in and on my way within just a fe easier and was totally hassle free. Later in the day, he called me to tell me I needed a new brake caliper but that he would need to order the item. No problem, since I want only authentic VW parts. I used their free shuttle service to drop me off at my workplace in the morning. That's great. However, they no longer offer a pickup service. Oh, well, someone from work can take me back to get the car. I like that they always email me a video showing their inspection of the vehicle. This time, however, I was surprised that they did not show the underneath of the vehicle, so I don't know if they checked for leaky shocks or any other issues under the vehicle. Finally, I like that they wash the car before returning it to me. More
